Review on 🌊 SUN JVP Series Submersible Circulation Power Head Pump - 530 GPH, 2 Piece by Kristina Scott

These are cute little heads. I haven't had any problems with them so far. I thought they were more like wave generators but they move water pretty well and there's enough thrust for something like that. I like that they rotate and I can point them where I want. The suction cups work well and the added "push tooth latch" really locks them in place. I would give them 4 stars because there is nothing that can reduce the flow rate but if it was that important I would buy some of these. However, I take a small plastic cup, cut a hole in the end (bottom) and put the cup over their heads so that the cup sort of covers the inlets and reduces water flow when I have a wandering or swimming anemone captured. 'German Works great. Not enough restriction to dampen/damage the impeller/head, but enough to stop water movement and not suck things in. I've also made thin slits in some of the cups for when I need a little extra water. You can modify it as you like. I usually make a small hole in the rim of the cup, attach it to a separate suction cup, and hold it in place so it doesn't drain. :)
