Factory seconds good for me

The latches on the unit I received were mounted incorrectly and wouldn't latch at several locations. I contacted BAK to see if i could adjust them. BAK representative told me that the units sold though revain and eBay were factory seconds (hence the good price) and that the manufacturer's warranty was void. This is contrary to the statements on the revain web site. Contacted revain but couldn't get a clear explanation for this however they are accepting its return and paying for return shipping. Buyer beware
