If you are willing to make some changes, it will be helpful in your journey.

I've been taking them (one before breakfast and one in the middle of the day) for about a month. The weight loss isn't super fast, but I've lost about 5 pounds, which is what I expected. The most noticeable change was my addiction. Well they don't. I'm a sugar devil and the cravings just went away! Big change for me and worth sticking with this supplement. I have just ordered two more bottles and will continue to add walks to my daily routine. I recommend it, and with some minor tweaks on my part, I expect it to continue to work for me.
