This product holds a little less than I expected (I know it says 17 ounces, but it probably won't hold more than 16 ounces once the inner chamber is placed in the outer carrier layer (which you do before filling should). with water). Another issue is that while there is a strap that can be tightened, it's a little awkward to hold on your wrist, you have to hold it partially while running. Despite this, I have decided to leave it (I wouldn't return it and it would just end up in the trash since I've used it) and I'll use it for short runs, but if I were between this model and another I would probably try something else. I just need less water for short runs and I don't mind squeezing it a bit while running (which isn't a bad thing at all) then it's well done! And it has an extra zippered pocket that also fits my iPhone or my key fit!
