It is either poorly constructed or not well made. The bushing could not fit fully into the nut because there is a plastic tab inside the bushing that abuts against a socket wrench that fits into the bushing's (3/8 inch) hole. Screwdriver so he can properly install the Gator socket onto the nut. Fortunately, this fixed the problem. Now that it packs the whole nut, it works pretty well. Anodized aluminum is great, but scratches easily. UPDATE - As soon as I posted this review, the business owner sent me a full refund and a friendly message thanking me for the review, a very classy gesture. I think he took care of the problem I had. Since writing this I have used the universal socket successfully on a number of occasions and am glad to have it in my toolbox.
