This Zeon 10S winch has been lauded across the internet for being made in the USA, durable and able to deliver goods when needed. The box is big and heavy but very well packed. The included heavy gauge cable was long enough to get from the battery (Jeep) to the bumper without a hard seal and includes a protective sleeve for the positive cable. Installing something like this can be a real challenge. The mounting nuts are on the bottom and tend to fall out during installation. Consider taping them together to make it easier. The included remote control is decent and looks like it will stand up to the rigors of use, but at this price point it would be nice if wireless became the standard. Synthetic rope is excellent, but please note that it comes "separately" in the box and you need to put it on the drum yourself. It's not as easy as it looks, so before installing the winch consider running it through the fairlead(!) and bumper. The. It occupies 100% of the Rubicon-X bumper with the Maximus mounting plate and still requires the vacuum pump to be relocated. This is a really wide winch. In the end it's worth it. The low-profile controller sits well in the bumper and all mechanisms work. However, I'm still waiting for my discount. (These items very often have a warning discount, so wait.)
