Just installed so not field tested yet but. It's a monster and might be overkill for my 2020 Jeep JL Rubicon 2 considering how the bumper attaches to the thin frame. I think this thing can easily rip the bumper mounting plates off the frame. I can weld when it happens and it won't happen a second time. Although it can break the frame.

Also comes with a label with warning logos to help winch out or rewind without touching the spool with your fingers. Warn is known for its performance and reliability. So don't buy cheap when you buy a winch this is my 8th warning including atv winches which I have had 5 of. I've never had a problem with it.

I installed this winch on a 22ft hydraulic tilt platform over a trailer to haul vehicles and equipment. It tows 5,000 lb vehicles with no loss of speed with a 550 CCA battery. The wireless remote works when I need to control non-working vehicles more than 30 feet away. Very well built, the clutch lever is easy to use and way better than the cheaper winches on the market. Experience with cheaper winches that have failed was worth the investment to ensure it would work properly when needed.

This winch has been used for 4 years and used 3 times - when I needed it the most everything failed and many tests later found the engine had died. This winch looks great! Can't wait to try it out on the trail. Installation was pretty easy EXCEPT for installing the synthetic rope. There is a video on YouTube by Warn showing how to do this using a cable tie draped over the cable loop on the side of the winch. I broke the included zip tie and 4 or 5 more before giving up for the night. I did a little research on the internet and found that others had the same problem. I had this top notch winch for about three months before I couldn't tow an 800 lb mower onto a trailer. Estimated at £8,000 it should have been a no-brainer. Warn's customer service was very lacking, but luckily I was able to avoid the $200.00 shipping cost by taking it directly to Warn's repair center, of which there are only six in the US. The repair center is very dodgy and after throwing it away I wasn't offered any paperwork. The workers didn't even seem to know what to do with this winch.

This Zeon 10S winch has been lauded across the internet for being made in the USA, durable and able to deliver goods when needed. The box is big and heavy but very well packed. The included heavy gauge cable was long enough to get from the battery (Jeep) to the bumper without a hard seal and includes a protective sleeve for the positive cable.
