present I would recommend this vest specifically for trail running with amazing amount of storage (both easily accessible and a small daypack). I just finished R2R2R at the Grand Canyon and this vest was perfect. It held everything firmly to my body (including poles until I needed them), with enough room for snacks, medical supplies, and a few other small items. Pros: Lots of storage (luxe for a running vest) Great fit once it's on the body Cons: Head pull - takes time to adjust (or no dexterity at all because that's a problem) Doesn't come with a water bladder - you have to have one separately find and buy one. Neutral: Warms - not enough to keep you warm in cold weather, just enough to notice when running in hot weather.
