Very easy to use, and customer service is great as well!
I like how easy it was to use when we first got started with this product! The customer service team (on chat) are great at responding quickly as well!! It's very user friendly but still has all bells & whistles one would need from other more complex tools out there too.
Honestly haven't found anything i dislike so far as they have been helpful throughout my time working w/ them!! There isn’t much room for error since everything works perfectly together seamlessly once set-up properly - no problems after setup either. Tracking ROI through the different channels through each channel within their suite is amazing once they're up + running correctly. !
