Okay, it's designed to run the wheel. OK, it does. However, the end has a knurled handle for screwing into the bolt hole. Unfortunately, while this is useful, it also scratches the surface around the holes. So if you don't want your beautiful powder coated wheels to get completely scratched, either grind the knurling or make your own from a screw. It could also benefit from a larger diameter to better fit the wheel bolt hole, but that's a minor point.
