I bought this for a new watch band before we left on a trip. On our trip I noticed the flap on the band was looser than normal and looked at it. I saw that the clasp was gone. Thankfully I saw it on the ground. I didn’t try to put it back together because it was only a matter of time before it came detached again and I didn’t want to lose my Apple watch. The design is flawed-the holes that the spring-loaded pins go into (the metal clasp) aren’t deep enough to hold the pin. Love the cute band, but not enough to risk losing an expensive watch. Unfortunately we didn’t return from our trip until after the return date passed by several days. Not impressed.UPDATE: After I wrote my review the seller contacted me and asked if they could send me a new band since I was past the return date. I responded that I'd prefer to have my purchase refunded as they had not fixed the problem with their band yet. The seller agreed to refund my purchase and did so promptly. I was impressed with the seller's customer service so I increased my rating to 3 stars because they still had not addressed the issue of the push pins not being long enough to stay in the holes and the band will eventually fall off if moved/pressured the right way. Thank you to the seller for great customer service!
