There is good and there is wonderful. This elevator is amazing. Yes, it seems slow, but then you might have to increase the price 5 times to get speed! Can be operated with one hand without any effort, the brake is perfect, all in all a great product. and yes, the cotter pins are a bit flimsy and don't seem to "know" where to land, but it's like a minor problem that doesn't bother anything (btw I've read some complaints about tangled chains. My winch is in working order state arrived)
