There is a serious problem with this headset that keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Many other users have complained about this in their reviews. I am very dissatisfied with this product. While it's small, easy to connect and use, and has a long battery life, it's very unreliable. The phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, the phone's sounds are randomly transmitted through the phone's headset or speaker, and its mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. Many users have spoken about its strengths, which I've summarized above, so I'm on to the cons. For some reason the headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the mobile phone. The cell phone just sits there and does nothing, and the headset disconnects and then reconnects. The problem is that after reconnecting, the notification tones are no longer transmitted through the headset. I could not find any solution to this problem. I have used other BT headsets with the same iPhone and have nothing remotely resembling this issue. After a while, the mood deteriorates significantly because you only hear "phone is off" every 2 minutes and after 2 seconds "phone is connected" in your ear. Another problem I encountered is the quality. Sometimes after 10 minutes of conversation, a loud hissing crackle starts, and it goes away when I switch the audio to the phone's speaker and back to the headset. This happens so often that I expect it with every long call. Finally, the mobile app doesn't seem to be able to update the headset's software and won't let me change its voice command functionality. have been heavy users of Jabra BT headsets since the early 2000s and have blind faith in the quality of their products. I am surprised and disappointed in the poor quality of this product.
