Really happy about new customer service/support platform

I really like how easy it was to set up my bot using their webinars! The AI capabilities are very good too - they don't get stuck or have any issues when speaking with customers (which makes me feel better).

There isn;t much room left now but maybe there will be more features added later? We've been able solve our problems of not being as efficient at handling inquiries through social media channels by having this system which can handle most queries without us needing someone dedicated full time just managing them via Social Media platforms such Slack etc..

Pros
  • It's simple, flexible way we could create custom messages for each customer type/category in order that message is read correctly / answered properly &/or directed appropriately depending upon what you need from your client base while also helping out clients who may come across questions about products where support would otherwise require an over the counter call center representative calling back into work after hours so all agents aren’ t available during normal business days
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
