Great support for customer service: Helpdesk Office

It's easy to use, it has all the features you need to make your work easier. I can't think of anything that I dislike about this software. The only thing I do not like is that sometimes when I am logged into my account, it takes me some time to get back in order to finish a ticket or comment. This happens maybe once every few months but it does not take long to resolve. Make sure you have a good computer with plenty of RAM. This will help speed up the process. We are solving our problems with our customers. This helps us understand their needs so we can solve them faster. I like that it's easy to use, and there are so many features available. It takes some time to get used to how things work, but once you know what you're doing, it works well. The software has helped us with our ticket management system. We've been able to track tickets and assign them to team members. This helps in making sure we don't miss anything and that issues are resolved quickly.
