No proper equipment, no instructions
Half the bolts are the wrong size compared to the direction (found online because they were missing from the box) and the nuts were S8 not M8. Absolute sheet metal diagram for assembly even after I went to the hardware store to buy the right parts. Not durable at all. My 55 inch TV weighs 31 pounds, all within the weight and size of the product, and it's falling off the wall. Absolute rubbish and I regret not opening it soon enough to return it.
