How did it get the perfect rating!? Mine is coming back

How did that get five stars? I was so amazed by the rave reviews but how disappointed! As another buyer mentioned, this keyboard is annoying just to type on. This is so strange! Also, it lags and doesn't print letters when typing. Delayed. In addition, the rotation function is defective because the case is not flush when closed and closes unevenly. Added a closed photo. The keyboard is also lighter than the iPad, so it's prone to falling. I have black, it's a rubberized material on which all fingerprints are visible. Looks like I ate a bag of chips and smeared them all over! We'll be back, really stupid.
