Review on Norton Abrasives Gobain Alundum Scythestone: Advanced Cutting Power for Precision Finishing by Hugh Starr

I'm new to Scythestone and this is our first Scythe Stone and won't be the last. I use this with a Seymour weed blade. It keeps my blade sharp and beautiful in seconds. I usually mow early spring mornings when the weeds are still wet, so I never have to wet this rock. It is lightweight and easy to carry in your pocket while braiding. (I put this in a toilet paper roll with the bottom wrapped to protect my clothes). I have one regret: I accidentally dropped this rock from knee height onto concrete and it broke in half. However, I still have enough time to sharpen my blades.
