This is a bird swing. I'm a bit big but suitable for whales (parrots). Also suitable for a small teal. Real wood perch but with a dark stripe down the middle. I know I'm picky but if I were to sell them I would do my best to make sure my customer doesn't get a crazy one. I won't be returning it as it's too much hassle for such a cheap product. My 11.5 year old budgie loves it so that's all that matters. It seems that many companies no longer pay attention to quality control. Nowadays, in an era of uncertainty and economy, I can always guess why. What happened to the statements "the customer always comes first" or "our quality is our pride" and when did companies really support these statements? :) I know I miss the past, those were the days my friend we thought would never end.
