Review on Switch Compatible 2001 2004 Duramax Diesel by Chase Dunn
Bricked my EFI live
It took me a lot of time and effort to troubleshoot when trying to start the truck again. Now that this is the case, efi live is locked and stuck on the default tune. "ECM locked by user key". I have removed the switch to no avail. It's a decent tactile switch, but this thing could cost me a new ECM (2k from the dealer) or the non-guaranteed operation of a new Vin license.
