We live in So. Gauge, where water is harder than cement. Limescale builds up on the back wall of our pool. I can spray it with salt pebbles or use this product for a few hundred bucks. It works for me and I am ordering it again today. It's a bit expensive. It needs to be used a lot to cover it up and let it sink in. And not a few minutes, as in the instructions. I called them and that was the additional information I got and it works. I use a pressure washer for this. Much luck.
