After 3 cycles in the microwave it finally worked. I was skeptical but needed something to make cleaning my microwave easier. I bought this after seeing some other reviews and decided it was worth the $10 to try and not spend hours cleaning. Made the whole house smell like sweat bandages. The second time, nothing was wiped off as advertised/etc, the dirt came off pretty quickly with the brushing. Nice for the third time. The paper towel easily removed most of the dirt from the microwave. To be honest, just heat up vinegar and water, put it on a sponge, clean your microwave and save yourself a few bucks.
