I received the 18 ounce dispenser. This is a really nice addition to the kitchen where cooking oil is dispensed and is very elegant. However, it is made of not very thick glass and is actually fragile. The first one I received about a month ago arrived well packaged and is essentially still in use today as I have a sensitive hand. My daughter liked it so much that I ordered it for her. In truth, the detachable spout was broken when it arrived. Well packaged but broken. I sent it back immediately and was rewarded with a very quick response. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, the body of the oil container had a micro-crack in the neck area. I'm also in the middle of an exchange. Oh how do you mend a broken heart? With great customer service, here's how. Still, we must remember the golden rule. THREE HITS and you're out! Unfortunately I expect my queen to arrive safely as she is really beautiful and feels natural in the hand.
