Purchased 10/2020. Bad performance. No more suction after a few months of use. The canister lid latch is installed incorrectly. When you grab the handle of the manual section, the lid opens and the dirt squirts out! I had to secure it with a rubber band to keep it from happening. No longer picks up crumbs even when using the manual part. So disappointed.
