I really liked this product. Its daily use has had a major impact on my physiotherapy. Up to four months later, one of the attachments is stuck in the device and can no longer be removed. It was still under warranty from both the seller and the manufacturer. and after repeated appeals to both, neither of them answered, and more than a month had passed. As this was outside of Revain's 30 day return policy, it was out of their control. So I have a broken device and no support to get a working one. Extreme disappointment.
