I love the taste of this protein powder and have found it easy to mix alone or with other supplements. I'm also a pretty big fan of the MCT values and that they haven't tried to add many other things so I can choose what other supplements/vitamins to add. There are two things that kept me from giving it more stars. Each of them may or may not be important to you. The price per portion is a bit high. You can find very good protein powders (though with fewer MCTs) for 25-50% less per serving.2. The packaging was difficult to process. There is no measuring spoon in it. I can scoop it up with a regular spoon or other scoop I have from previous products, but I want an idea of how close I am to their recommended serving size. Also, the packaging just doesn't seal. I thought it was just my bag defective because the packaging says it's resealable, but from other reviews this seems to be a common problem.
