The suction cup is good, but the hinge is too loose!

I am by no means enthusiastic about this product but I rate it fairly as it suits my application somewhat. I use this to mount my Garmin Virb to my race boat. Although the suction cup is VERY strong and the mount itself doesn't move, the loose hinge on the mount lets the camera fall backwards when it hits almost any bump or bump. This is quite inconvenient when taking pictures on the water as I have to keep pushing the camera up or else it just captures the sky! tightens and holds in one place for use!
