I've recently started a keto diet. Today I am my addiction to Dr. Pepper for 31 days! With the keto diet, I didn't think I could do that because I don't necessarily eat food. So I looked for things that were tasty, quick, and filling, but also inexpensive. So far, they've actually satisfied the craving for a crispy crunch (because pork rinds go bad very quickly). Sure, they don't look like regular chips, but after 15 days of strict dieting and ketone control, it was just a treat! I'll dip the ranch flavored ones in garlic hummus. hello it works or I sprinkle them with shredded cheese, bake them in the oven and make them like a ghetto nacho plate with hot sauce. Add in a bottle of sparkling cherry lemonade and you won't even be dieting! If I wasn't looking to lose weight, I would certainly go for real ranch-flavored corn chips, but they're a great substitute. Hope that helps!
