Built to fail. Best in Basic Collars
The collar itself is well constructed, it's sturdy, good D-ring and clip. But the charging port is designed to fail long before the collar wears out. I had 5-8 charges before it stopped charging. Upon inspection there is very little solder connecting it to the circuit board, only a very small bead of hot glue holding it in place next to the battery. Guess which batteries are getting hot, which in turn heats up the glue. = failure.
