Review on 🚚 Dupli-Color Premium Truck Bed Armor - Sandstorm: BAA2030 by Joshua Carter

Solvent based Dupli-Color did not live up to expectations

I bought a liter of Dupli-Color solvent based cargo deck coating to apply to the bilge of a boat I am building. It was applied to clean and prepared fiberglass and clean and prepared textured plastic. This is the third boat I've done this with and I've also sprayed the liner in my personal truck (every other time with a different product). The instructions were followed to the last letter (and don't try to tell me I didn't; I work with enough fiberglass and paint to know how to prepare properly and this isn't my first time ). I couldn't get an even application and the coverage was about half of what was advertised. Adhesion was poor at best. After a week of curing at 30 degrees it was still soft and pliable. As a test, I took a knife and cleaned a corner. I could tear off pieces of it. The torn pieces felt sticky and elastic. I think I may have gotten a bad glass. The consistency is unlike any other bedding product I have used in the past. Try to get a refund.
