I bought a liter of Dupli-Color solvent based cargo deck coating to apply to the bilge of a boat I am building. It was applied to clean and prepared fiberglass and clean and prepared textured plastic. This is the third boat I've done this with and I've also sprayed the liner in my personal truck (every other time with a different product).
