Review on Mastering Miniature Quilting: Little Paper Pieced Blocks Full Size Ebook by Linda Diaz

I am a big fan of Carol Doak's books. I have every book by her. I quilt and do paperwork almost exclusively AND I don't make many large quilts anymore so this is the perfect book for me. All blocks are 3 inches and Carol did a great job providing cutting instructions that not all paper cutters do. I've made several blocks since receiving this book and I'm impressed with their simplicity. For people buying this book as a gift: when you make these little blocks and they have a lot of seams, they tend to be very bulky and difficult to quilt, so these blocks are perfect! The instructions are simple and easy to follow as paper gluing can be a bit confusing the first time you try it. After that it becomes addictive and you can't tear yourself away from it. The only negative I can find is that there is no CD of this book that you can download onto your computer to work alongside CDs of Carol's other books. Thus you can adapt the block size to your needs or your project. All in all, this is a great little book that you will enjoy!
