I upgraded from a D-Link DIR-860L I've had since 2015. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this model and it was extremely stable. The only time I had to reset my settings was when I forgot my admin password. I wanted this for WPA3 security and to reduce the buffering issues I was having with my 1st gen Chromecast, which I also upgraded to a 3rd gen model. In addition to the speed for all my streams, the price was great - less than $90 including taxes. I would like to use electricity from the grid, but I don't need an apartment. I hope to continue to do so as I upgrade my TV for years to come and I am confident that my positive experience with D-Link will help me maintain brand loyalty. Finally, it only took 15 minutes to set up with the app, but I needed additional settings for my life situation, so there was an extra 15 minutes, 30 minutes total.
