Review on Prism by Prism Skylabs by Ashwin Chauhan

We have been using this software for almost 1 year now, and we are very happy with it. The features of the software are great and easy to use. It is easy to set up and configure.The UI is also very good and professional looking. If you want to know what your customers really think about the service provided by you, then I would strongly recommend you give Prism a try. There is nothing so far that we dislike. As soon as we get any feedback, we will update this review. I am solving my customer retention problem by listening to them and recording their voice in their own words. This helps me to understand where they are coming from and what exactly they are requesting from me. The ability for our sales personnel to easily access all of our customers' accounts in one place. It would be great if you could add more fields like address or phone number so it's easier to search through your customer list. I don't think there are many cons about this product at this time but we have not been using it long enough to know what those might be. We were able to use prism to track down where our clients had previously used our services and see how they did with other providers.
