Excellent solution - easy implementation & great customer support
The ease of use is what I like best about this product. It has been so simple to set up and configure as well as implement. It's very intuitive and has an excellent user interface. It does not require any special training or certification to operate it. There are some things that could be improved such as the fact that you cannot customize certain fields in the forms. This would make it easier for new users to understand how to use it. We have been able to integrate our electronic medical records with Clinevo EDC.

- Great features! Not many systems offer all these great functions.
- Very easy implementation, installation & configuration by staff/users without much IT knowledge required
- Flexible reporting options available from within system itself using builtin tools
