This is a great frying pan, about the biggest I can fit in my oven, ideal for large loaves of bread. I also like the grille. Again ideal for several large loaves of bread. And the tray + grate looks nice (shiny stainless steel easy to clean). However, the pan warped immediately. First, I start a hot bread oven (set the pan to about 500 degrees, then lower the temp to 425). So maybe it's hotter than these pans are supposed to be? Or maybe warping is a common problem with large pans? In any case, this one is slightly deformed. Not a deal killer (small warp that doesn't affect my baked goods), but I would have preferred pans that didn't warp.
