This is a great frying pan, about the biggest I can fit in my oven, ideal for large loaves of bread. I also like the grille. Again ideal for several large loaves of bread. And the tray + grate looks nice (shiny stainless steel easy to clean). However, the pan warped immediately. First, I start a hot bread oven (set the pan to about 500 degrees, then lower the temp to 425). So maybe it's hotter than these pans are supposed to be? Or maybe warping is a common problem with large pans? In any case,

I searched and searched for a small grate casserole dish, but most were too big for what I wanted: bake some pork chops or chicken breasts, like this one is the perfect size. I don't know why she snapped. I put it in a preheated oven and after 5 minutes I hear a loud pop. I checked the oven and saw that one corner of the pan was flipped all the way up so 1/4 of the pan with the bread on it was up in the air. I finished baking the bread and the 3/4 bread corner started to go down. This should not happen with any baking pan and certainly not with stainless steel. Something is wrong with the metal used.
