I'm only giving 3 stars because I just wanted a cheaper, very loud rechargeable speaker and it fits the bill. But everything else about it sucks. The user guide I downloaded from Revain was for a different version of this article. The manual says it uses an external 12 volt battery or direct 110/220 AC input. It actually requires a 9VDC input. My 2 amp 9 volt battery had the "charging" light flashing but the internal battery would not charge after 14 hours. The manual mentions "guitar input" and "external antenna" which aren't there. The radio does not pick up the local Los Angeles radio stations that my cheap clock radio does. The radio is so difficult to use that it is useless unless you use the remote control in a way not described in the manual. The on/off switch on the microphone is awkward to use. It's very loud and the sound quality from the microphone is acceptable. The blue tooth connection and sound is also acceptable (blue tooth sound is MUCH better than my Pyle megaphone which was unacceptable). I haven't tried USB audio.
