As an artist, PMU has tried different machines. First of all, this machine comes with a terrible spring-loaded cartridge. When touched or pressed while holding the cartridge crashes, happened to me twice and had to get a new cartridge in the middle of a service. Second. I can't rely on it to always spit out the ink properly, sometimes it does, sometimes it stops completely and I have to play with it until it starts pumping ink again. Just a very unreliable and unstable machine. I have cheaper ones that work better.
