I give 4 stars because the first and third speed levels are very close in speed. There must be a lower speed level. Long battery life, enough time to do customer work, works great on freckles and birthmarks. I would definitely buy again or recommend

I ordered this machine in February 2020 and now it is not working properly. I don't use this machine every day or even every week. Now it won't hold a charge. Arrived well packaged. The battery looks a bit old or something, but I plan on charging it and using it wirelessly, so I think it's ok. The only thing is when I attach the wireless part it is longer than the allowed space in the box so I have to break the handle to put it back 🤦🏽‍♀️. I will update after use as long as it becomes 4 ⭐️

I tried it for the first time and I like the color, the size is perfect for my hand and it's not too loud. It's a bit noisy and the only thing I don't like so far is the way the needle is attached. It's hard to explain, but basically it twisted and closed I think rather than screws. I haven't had any problems with it, I'm just a little concerned it might come loose during use, but hopefully I'm just overthinking it lol. It would be tragic!

As an artist, PMU has tried different machines. First of all, this machine comes with a terrible spring-loaded cartridge. When touched or pressed while holding the cartridge crashes, happened to me twice and had to get a new cartridge in the middle of a service. Second. I can't rely on it to always spit out the ink properly, sometimes it does, sometimes it stops completely and I have to play with it until it starts pumping ink again. The machine runs smoothly, but certain cartridges need to be purchased. Make them obvious. Inconveniences in delivery and inventory.

I originally purchased this item in December and it worked great for the first 3 days. Then the wireless battery stopped charging and it was very noisy when using a regular battery with the adapter plugged in. I requested a new item and returned the first car. I've now got a second car and it was great for the first few days. Now the wireless battery will not charge anymore. Very disappointed.
