This product is so much better than anything I have used before! I wasn't sure how it worked exactly, but with the clear and concise instructions that came in the box, it was easy to figure out! The foil cutter made it easy to open the wine bottle's paper cap as it cut it in a perfect circle the first time. After that, I just stuck the pump pin all the way into the cork and started pumping. I wasn't sure if anything was loose as it was very easy to inflate, but after about 45 seconds the cork popped out - scaring me! haha! It was so easy and I loved it! To remove the connector from the pin, I just pushed the plastic lip down and it popped right out. This tool is my new best party friend! No more fighting with those corkscrew guys. I would highly recommend this remedy to anyone who either drinks a lot of wine or just has trouble getting the cork out. It's amazing and so easy to use. It's also very well made so it'll last a long time and comes neatly packaged in the included velvet lined box for storage. I'm so happy I bought it and plan on buying a few more to give as gifts!
