Hobie Battery Owners switch to these!

Hobie puts a larger connector on their battery and charger. Buy a Battery Tender Plus and install these plugs on your system and the battery tender. Throw away the old charger it is crap. Find a spot in your garage where you can leave the BTPlus on your battery all the time and it will last for years.
