I had to change the pedals on my exercise bike to use these blocks. Now I can reach the pedals. However, if you plan to use them in a training cycle, take a close look at your existing pedals, as you will likely have an electronic replacement. Most exercise bike pedals only have one side, while bicycles have two sides. Since these blocks cover both sides, this may not work for you.
