Description of 🚲 1.5-inch Sunlite Pedal Blocks

Two wooden blocks and durable rubber bands easily add height to allow shorter legs to reach the pedals. Fits most common platform style pedals found on kids bikes. Adds 3/4" to each side (1-1/2" total). Easy to install/remove or switch to another bicycle for hand-me-down use. Perfect for temporary use on bikes that are slightly too large for the child.

Works for me when cycling

I had to change the pedals on my exercise bike to use these blocks. Now I can reach the pedals. However, if you plan to use them in a training cycle, take a close look at your existing pedals, as you will likely have an electronic replacement. Most exercise bike pedals only have one side, while bicycles have two sides. Since these blocks cover both sides, this may not work for you. Also watch the Youtube video to install them, it's that easy.

The strap broke after 5 months

I put it on an exercise bike because my wife is very short and couldn't reach the pedals with the seat down. She liked the blocks because she could reach the pedals after they were installed. Unfortunately after 5 months she went to the bike and one of the straps broke and was on the ground :( The bike has not been used much; we use it about 45 minutes a week. We live in a temperate climate so the strap was not high and exposed to low temperatures. Disappointing that it broke. As it didn't last

Such a simple idea, but it works

What a great idea! I bought it for my grandson because we ordered a drift trike but unfortunately it was too big. That's where these block extensions come in. That's a great idea, but unfortunately not enough for our needs. But I'm sure it'll be great when he gets a little bigger. The only thing I wish is that they make different sizes with this brand. (Maybe they do that with other brands). All in all this is a great product. such a simple idea and extremely helpful for those who have trouble…

A good product. Maybe not for an exercise bike.

Purchased for use with Exerpeutic Folding Magnetic Upright Bike. I'm small and wanted to make the bike a little more comfortable. But I couldn't figure out how to attach them so they can be easily put on and taken off when other family members want to use the bike. The product is not to blame. In any case, it was a gamble. But I still think there is a way to do it, especially if you don't have to take them off. These pedal extensions are solid, well built, and seem easy to install on a regular…

Assembly can be tricky, may require "hand work "

The pedal blocks were easy to install but for the kids bike we work with they have a few hurdles: the end of the bike pedal will not let it slide out a little further to allow the blocks to hang on the pedal arm. They could shave and fix the problem if they wanted to. The worst problem for our needs is that in the position shown, the pedal still leaves the child's leg short - the original problem. It would be better if there was a leg strap, another DIY solution if you have the…

Turns pedals into square boxes that roll.

Two problems I've noticed with them: 1) They slide, so when you press on the block it slides forward on the pedal. 2) After installation, the pedal is a square block. If I wasn't keeping my foot in the optimal position when testing, the whole thing tended to rotate under my foot. If you stand up and the pedal rolls under your foot, you could seriously injure yourself. Folks, you know what I mean! Note: to the inevitable company rep who will post a comment that I didn't install it properly. .…
