I am in the process of losing weight and gaining muscle and I feel like this product has worked wonders for me. I use it as a pre-workout/post-workout drink. Rest is the most important thing for me. Having previously gone to the gym I was in a lot of pain and felt a lot less sore after taking it which allowed me to sleep better and work consistently better the rest of the week. I also use it when I play basketball instead of sugary sports drinks, it gives me energy and I can really feel it, it says it keeps you hydrated and I can feel safe. I LOVE the grape flavor too, wanted to try a different one next time but may have to stick with grapes again. Highly recommended, currently my favorite dietary supplement.
