
The high beams didn't work on my 1988 Toyota pickup but I found out why. The load wire that supplies power to the two high beam wires was in the wrong place on the low beam relay. You need to pull out the wire on the middle pin of the low beam relay and solder it to the red positive wire of the low beam relay. This wire supplies power to the 2 high beam wires when the high beam is on. A wire in the wrong position was interfering with the high beam.
