Inexpensive, Clean and Value Does not mix well with water and spoon, weighs on the surface and forms lumps. Mixes well in shakers, but gives water or protein shakes an unpleasant aftertaste (tastes hot). Pairs best with acidic foods like orange juice, pre-workout NO powders and essences. Essential for post-workout recovery, pre-workout to maintain muscle mass and before bed. to increase growth hormone levels and build muscle mass. You won't find better value for money from a famous brand. This size and price cannot be found in any store or on any other website. I have been using this particular product for over 3 years and have excellent health, 6-8% body fat and my blood tests are flawless every time. Resting heart rate 52-55. As with any product, exercise is essential and supplements are key when your calories are restricted and low. If I have less than 2000 calls I find it necessary to take supplements.
