For the price, this laser can't be beat. Unfortunately, there are two major design flaws. Neither is a deal breaker, but the battery door clamp is stronger than a professional bodybuilder. It takes a lot of force to open it. I've already cracked it too, so let's see how long the clip lasts. The laser doesn't turn off automatically after a while, so watch out for battery drain. The magnets on the back are also attached using some kind of cheap Elmer glue. If he jumped on the door frame and fell just a foot or so. It would be bad news if I used it on steel beams over 20 feet tall. Easy to fix with a little epoxy, but you hope Klien can handle it.
