This is a good product, it does exactly what it is supposed to do at a fair price and with use for a while it seems to hold up. So. why 4 stars? They should really put something in the package to let people know that the plug should be cap-side up so rainwater doesn't collect inside. The first time I used it I took the lid off and found it full of water. When I started threading the leash through the clutch pin mount to keep it upright, it didn't happen again. So 4 stars if someone can't show me something and says don't just put your hat on and you're done!
