These coasters look nice but if you have flat glass and it sweats a lot it will absorb some but not all of the moisture. You'll find it sticks to the cork when you pick it up and then let go, causing all the excess water to fall onto your wooden table. I had to use it with a napkin next to me to catch any drips almost every time I wanted to raise the glass. I found that if I used a fabric that wicks more moisture, this issue would be alleviated. If you have glass on your leg, you will have absolutely no problem with that. Personally, I was annoyed when using flat glass and was looking for a better solution because of the moisture on cork coasters with flat glass. (Alternatively, I opted for coasters made of cotton yarn. They are a bit more expensive though). Cork works great if you don't use flat glasses on it and looks more expensive than cotton yarn coasters.
